How to increase your vibration

Increasing your vibration is a common question. There is some advice that it can happen naturally, but on the other hand, we have to do something to increase it. To me both are true. There are times that your vibration grows higher in this body on its own and then there are times that we can take action. We have free will, so we can assist our vibration through some actions. This is what I am going to share with you today.


There are three areas that we can work on which are the mind, body spirit. I cannot separate each category distinctively, because one item may cross into another. These are the 5 simple things that you can do to increase your vibration:


1. Drink lots of blessed water. Your body is around 70% of water. Water is easily affected by vibration, thus affected by thought and intention. Heal your water before drinking. For example, if you have a water cooler, set the intention each time you refill it or write the intention on the cooler. An example of an intention: Bless this water with love and light.


2. Spend time in nature. Mother Earth is a consciousness of much higher vibration than this body. Spending time with her will help elevate yours too because we are all interconnected. We are energy and we are all one, so it's easy to absorb her high vibration.


3. Practice gratitude. Being thankful creates appreciation which automatically elevates energy towards a higher vibration of love and oneness.


4. Consciously breathe. Taking deep breaths revitalises the body, helps remove stagnant energy and brings you to the present moment by bringing your attention to the inhale and exhale.


5. Movement- This can take many forms. I am not indicating difficult exercises, but a movement to improve the flow in the body. Gentle exercise such as walking, tai chi or yoga is okay. I also found that going for a full body massage helps the movement of energy in the body too.



You will know intuitively when you need to increase your vibration, so honour your body. When I introduce anything new into my life, I put little notes all over the place to remind me to do certain things because I easily forget. I continue to do this until it becomes part of my life. It works for me. so maybe it will work for you too. Remember, it's not your soul that is increasing in vibration, but your body. Your soul is already of the highest vibration!
